Droopy, bushy and redundant
It’s November and time to reflect on the most manly of pursuits – growing a moustache. Personally, I’m not allowed to grow a moustache….without written permission from my wife. However, I do sometimes secretly imagine what it would be like to sport a pair or mutton-chops, goatee or even a tickler below the lower lip.
There is currently a resurgence in facial art, but the pursuit of hirsuteness reached its epoch in the late sixties and early seventies. Sadly, by 1977 the moustache had evolved into an extra on the set of a porn flick. Droopy, bushy and redundant…..the only thing it aroused was nausea.
